Undergraduate Students: Please ensure that you are registered in an active organization in ToreroOrgs

Building hour conflict

Building is not open for requested time (this includes pre-defined setup and breakdown times)

Adjust time of the event or call building scheduler for guidance

Conflict with another booking

Another event is scheduled in the selected space during  the preferred reservation date and time

Select another room or  adjust time of the event

Booking within 72 hours of event

Events cannot be booked through virtual EMS within 72 hours of the event time

Call building scheduler for last minute requests

Dates violate last allowed booking date

The booking date(s) requested exceed the current school term (bookings for  the Spring term end June 30, 2017)

Please fill out the 2017-2018 FY Requests form located in the Reservations drop down

 

   

PLEASE READ

  • There are two request forms available for reserving spaces.
  • If you wish to reserve non-classroom spaces up to 365 days in advance, please use Reserve non-Classroom space after Fall 2018” request form under the “Reservations” menu. 
  • If you wish to reserve classroom or non-classroom spaces before December 31, 2018, please useReserve space thru Fall 2018” request form under the “Reservations” menu.

  • Request space by logging-in to EMS (must have MySanDiego Username and Password)
  • Reserve Guest Parking - To only request reserved parking, please use the "Parking Only Request" template under the "Reservations" menu.
     

USD Students

  • Registered undergraduate organizations must login to fill out a Student On/Off Campus EvR found under the Reservations dropdown.
  • Registered Graduate Student or Law Student organizations must login to fill out a Student EvR found under the Reservations dropdown.
